I really liked the look of that black knife you did with the opener... Are you taking orders?

Yeah, Chop House Thick Cut (Sage colored blade option). They had a Lean Cut @ 3/16" also and a few more color options including a new green color.
9.25" blade, 14.25" OAL, .25" thick, 17.85 ounce weight for my sample. Bites deep.

Very nice! It's hard to miss the resiprene-c handles; no matter the blade shape... ;):D:thumbup:

This knife is easily 35 years old. I always thought it was too thin to be a good fillet knife on larger fish. But it's hell on wheels at filleting small crappies and big perch. Still haven't found my "perfect" fillet knife.
