Rockin some faithful, Chinese steel today. I always feel bad not including her more often amongst her bigger, badder brethren in my humble collection. Got her for free and she's never let me down. And while she may not be the prettiest of the bunch, she is most certainly as treasured as the rest [emoji106]

Don't see many of these around anymore, Spyderco's C15 modified Sheepsfoot, first collaboration knife, (done with Bob Terzuola), the first USA made and first made in the Golden Factory. Lot of firsts with this knife.

Oh man, this is beautiful ! I wish I can come across one of those...

Heh. Well, those are the original scales. I just sanded them down flat, drilled some holes to lighten 'em up and had to countersink the screws a bit more. :)

I have a 300-1. Except for drilling the holes, (good idea!), sanding the scales has crossed my mind. I'm gonna' do it now.:)

Right on. I'm a mod addict, heh. I just love tinkering with things. For those scales I used a Dremmel locked vertically and a cutting wheel to get the majority of the G10 off. Then wet sanded it to even it out a bit.
Have fun modding!

I actually posted this back in December, and she's since gone to a better home, but I came across the pic I took just before sending her off, and reminisced. The SJ75 big boy was a helluva piece [emoji106]
