Just pix of knives

Matt, when you thermoform the Kydex, do you always overcut, heat, compress, trim and then put in the holes? Also do you think you could vacuform hot Kydex to make a more accurate fit? I don't wanna thread jack so I'll leave my other questions for the proper forums. :)

I haven't played with Kydex yet and if I can get the family all healthy at one time I can get back to playin' around and maybe build "my" shop "my" way.

Pretty much. Vacuum should be better, but I don't have any equipment.

Love the regrind on the back edge

You're the first one to notice! It is a nice mod IMHO; not my work as it came to me that way.

I still need to regrind the rear portion of the serrations closest to the guard as there is about 1/4" of un-sharpened edge there too! ;):D

On topic; Perrin file knife; this thing was an insane rust magnet... It would patina just by looking at it LOL.
