It came in the mail today, I purchased it for a good friend of mine with the secret idea to have it for a few days and see if it's going to make me change my mind...
It is absolutely beautiful knife, I love the craftsmanship and everything else, love the Axis lock, love the blade and the steel, I absolutely love how massively built it is, all the jumping and so on...
Unfortunately overall there is something that doesn't grab me in this knife as much as I'm trying to push myself... Anyway, decided to post the lousy picture, I'm sure there are plenty of people to appreciate it...

My first post here, thought I'd start with my meager collection. Some are cheap junk some are pretty decent, I buy what I like (although some of these were freebies or left to me by my father.

Of the folders, I'm partial to the Kershaws, my SOG Flash II which is my EDC, the 2 Hubertus and the Companion Auto.

On the left is a US Navy Mk3, S&W H.R.T. and my Kershaw hunting knife, then on the right top to bottom: Robeson hunting set, Case Apache, Buck 105, G.C. Co Bowie, Puma Silver Lion, and a Schrade Walden 147. I know there's more knives around here some where, not to mention bayonets. I'll dig them out eventually.

By the way you guys have got some really nice knives, I have enjoyed looking at all the pictures you guys have posted.

Fun little matching knife combo. With a little extra added to each knife to bring it all together. Lanyard on the fixed and blue cf clip on the BM 930. I like the blue/black combo. I hope to own the blue/black M390 Contego some day as well.

I got the matching handles for the set in the day before Christmas Eve, so here's a more festive shot:

Kershaw Zing, my newest project in learning to make scales. these turned out very good by my beginner standards. Practice makes perfect.

I'll say, I love how the lines in the scales continue the lines in the blade. Very well done.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was going for. I wanted the scales to be a continuation of the grooves in the blade. Gives the whole knife great lines with the matching grooves.
