Hey Matt, I hear the colors in Fresno aren't on the trees, they're on leather jackets. 
I see you've been enjoyin' the heck outta the blades. The patina on the GEC looks cool, what do they say? If you don't use it, it's just an expensive paperweight. CMFTWknives Folks if you haven't been there, check out Matt's videos, here's a man who's not afraid to show you he owns the knife.

Nothin' more comfortin' then the resoundin' whack as the blade cleave the 5 lb chicken in half with one swing.

You're very right... I been seeing a few Mongol cuts around and hearing of more. Interesting times.
How do you like this ^^^^? I've been meaning to pick one up. It looks like a badass knife that would go well with my 0200. Any pros/cons? Thanks.

I love it. Cuts the weight down to 4oz. Feels and looks great. Everything about the knife is perfect.

If you want an extremely solid liner lock, with bearings that flips like a demon you'll love it. Mine weights under 7 oz. , not 7.5 as stated.

Kabar EK model 5 currently bein' made, I can't speak for the Kabar one but the Effingham one I have can not be beat, it is the sharpest big knife I own and feels great in hand and I've had it out workin' delimbin' trees all day.
