How do you like the Stromeng leuku? I'm thinking of getting one.

I like it:) it's light, big, sharp and a classic (but since I come from northern Norway I'm probably obligated to promote a norwegian knife..).

If you plan on use it in the winter you may want to consider one with a finger guard (also called a "søringvern", something they had to put on the knife so that the southern people could use it[emoji51]). It can be a bit slippery with gloves in the snow.

Not a fulltang, and I have read about tangs breaking, but it's considered a multitool, and I have used it as such without problems. This one is 9 or 10 years old.

If you want I can get you some more pictures, was planning to take it out in the snow today!

@Pr3inar:
Thank you for your answer. Sounds like a great tool. I am a huge fan of leukus and there is something about the simplicity of the Stromeng leukus that speaks to me. I think I like the traditional version without finger guard a little bit better (just because of looks :D). Is your knife the 7 or 8 inch model?

I think it's the 8. It's not the biggest they have (I know because I bought the biggest one as a birthday gift for my little brother, then the next year he gave me this one, that was just a little bit smaller...:) ).
