Adam Kornalski makes them. He makes knives that are primarily for "users", very clean knives made fast and at the best prices you'll find ANYWHERE for what you're getting. The Mikko knife you refer to I've used fishing for the last 3months, over 4mm thick M390, mainly for bait prep, filleting and cubing half to foot long fish. I sharpened it myself when I received it, only sharpened it that ONCE, and after 3 months of use you can still shave with it (I use a laminated ply baitboard on the boat and strop before every trip)... he has some still in stock ready to go:

I would like to see one of those Kornalski's ^^^ with the tang continuing rearward, and with out those hooks. That would be slick. :thumbup:

He now has the CAD file template of that Spartan Bowie knife and can modify it in any way you wish because he knows how to use CAD, including removing the horned-guards or any other modification within reason. I also left him a full template file for the same handle & horned guard BUT with a Super Attack 14 blade from ricasso to tip, so he's able to make an integrated hilt Super Attack as well. He can't address any custom jobs for the next few months because he has a large batch on knives to work on right now or I would have got him to make me a 15" long traditional bowie I designed from tip to butt, totally different handle to the Spartan and the blade is slimmer than the Spartan too.

YW Xtian, keep in mind he will do good prices for this forum's users, irrespective as to what's listed on his homepage. I got my Mikko at an excellent price during the last Xmas sales in Dec; it's a little beast of a knife in hand, the pics don't do it justice, I didn't realize how beasty a knife it was till I received it.

Reason I shapened it is because it was accidently sent to another user in the States, he opened it, used it, and sent it to me claiming he hadn't. Not that it worried me, the edge was a little dull, that's all, the rest of the knife was immaculate. I received his btw, a cross mailing, his was truly RAZOR sharp, but a slightly shorter knife. So we resent to one and other and Adam refunded both our shipping costs. He received his exactly as I got it from Adam, never touched a thing with it.
