Adam Kornalski makes them. He makes knives that are primarily for "users", very clean knives made fast and at the best prices you'll find ANYWHERE for what you're getting. The Mikko knife you refer to I've used fishing for the last 3months, over 4mm thick M390, mainly for bait prep, filleting and cubing half to foot long fish. I sharpened it myself when I received it, only sharpened it that ONCE, and after 3 months of use you can still shave with it (I use a laminated ply baitboard on the boat and strop before every trip)... he has some still in stock ready to go:
