I ordered the screw, post, and standoff now sold as a kit from CRK to do the Norvox Mod on my StarTac. It took just a few minutes to install and I tied a fresh lanyard on the new rear standoff.

Spyderco Mule in M390. This is the second try with this one after I screwed it up a few years ago. Scales are G11 Garolite (light green) and olive drab G10 with white G10 rod pins. This was a pain in the neck! I didn't get the G11 and G10 epoxied well enough, and G11 is hell on hacksaw blades. I think the white around the pins is due to drilling through it too fast. But I got it done. I wet sanded it to 2000 grit and buffed with white buffing compound. Tomorrow, I go in search of a sheath.
