IMHO, GB1 slices better, but you're right - the Manix 2 XL will cut larger diameter food, so it'll be my choice too :D:thumbsup:

You really think so, Halden? I like your knives and we use the same deodorant, but I think you're headed down the green rabbit hole.

As you're always so color-coordinated, how about a seasonally appropriate red and green Christmas-themed pocket dump? Or are you way ahead of me and already have that one cued up and ready to unleash?
