I love it. I'm a sucker for upswept blades, and this kind of takes a chill pill relative to most of Isham's designs & pairs that with WE's smooth action, F/F, and precision. Feels to me like it wants to be used, but a little small for my hands, but they're XXL and I knew that going in.

I bought mine from a German dealer who is the sole "outside of Russia" source. Search for Tools for Gents. Their site is in German but Google Translate helps a bit. You can write them in English and Florian will write back and you can order through him.

The quality of my Cheburkov Scout is on par with the several Shirogorovs I own.
