Like those micarta scales on the Manix. Where/who?

What knife is this? Very nice, kind of reminds me of a CKF/Shirogorov.
It's a Cheburkov Scout from the Russian knifeworks owned by Alexander Cheburkov. Excellent quality and materials equal, in my opinion, to the serial Shirogorovs. Not easily available outside of the Motherland. If you Google search you will find the only outside-of-Russia dealer located in Germany, which is where I got mine. Email the owner and you will find the prices much better than those advertised, as foreign sales do not have to pay VAT.

Will do, Sir. Thank you for the info.

I just like these two shapes. One on the left was about $3. new but has a nice octagonal tropical hardwood handle (no finish yet). The custom tactical PVC drain pipe sheath in stealth sky blue was included.

Old one on the right was free, courtesy of my junk dealer sis-in-law in Thailand. I have almost a twin of it gifted to me by an old bladesmith 40 years ago.

Both are hand forged from SKCTS steel - Some Kinda Car or Truck Spring.
