That's a Liong Mah Lanny Clip, sculpted ti with M390 blade.
A really perfect knife and my first Reate built piece.
I see Pena is having Reate build some Lannys as well that look really close to this design with S35VN blades and run about $100 less.

Kidding. Maybe I should check out some Reate made knives. Very nice.
 
Reate & Kizer are the only Chinese makers I feel that are making a quality product and with design aspects I can appreciate.
