The First few hours of frustrations :p
But after that the rewards are priceless and I highly recommend starting with some beater knives :thumbsup:

Very true. Anybody should anticipate that it will be discouraging when they start. I agree. I also recommend using beaters/soft steel/course stone, to see results quickly.

I photos without a story is boring. You can find plenty of photos online. The real fun of this forum is why someone bought or received the knives and it's used. A short reply with photo would be nice.
