Exactly! Say, maybe you should move back to Del Rio so you can drink beer in the evenings while watching the sun set over the Rio Grande!

It'll have to be root beers, because I have been clean and sober for over a year. Memorial Day 2007 was the last drink I took. Hardest thing I ever did.

I'd love to come see you and those little burros though. I wouldnt mind slipping over to Acuna and getting some real food either.

Hi Higgy,
Good to hear you are getting better....just think if you were as old as me, it could have taken years....
Hope that you are able to get back in the shop sooner than later...as a part time hobby or as serious as you want to get into it again. Ya might consider folders with lots of filework etc. lot less upper body strength needed for most of the time.... and the decorating (filework, etc.) is real fun to do when "the weather outside is chilly/snowy".

Hey, great to hear from you Higgy! I was thinking of you again the other day when I used my sweet little tapper. Hope your recovery continues in all regards, brother. I know how hard that can be. I liked John Fraps' suggestion for making folders, that sounds like just the ticket.
