Just pulled the trigger on a BK15

The BK-15 is kind of old timey and perhaps too simple/practical for many of today's knife buyers who are often looking for a wider blade because that is what you often see. It is a great knife and I hope you and your wife enjoy using it.

I would get a BK-14/24 or BK-7 or BK-9 next. You skipped getting my first Becker which was the BK-2.

Thanks, my first was the 7 and I love it. I am stuck on my next one, it will be a 14 or a 24 just not sure yet.
 
ah, the elusive 15 trigger...somebody posted about this phenomenon a while ago, but I still can't find the trigger on mine. Maybe that's why I ordered another from Dex :D

Yeah, mine doesn't have a trigger either. I heard Dex can put one together if you want.....just got my shipping notice from him yesterday that it's on its way. Actually I ordered the CRKT Kangee hawk, and I dunno, a 2nd 15 just, like, slipped into my order.....
 
my 15 from Dex arrived yesterday and I put the ss screws on it today. It arrived with another knife I ordered a Viper Carnera, but the one I'm playing with at the desk right now is the 15, lol.

And here it is. Did some feather sticks and shavings with it and WOW can this knife make some curls. The coating did not seem to affect it at all. Lovin me some BK15 right now. :D
 
Just ordered one from Dex last night. He told me when I ordered the 5 from him a week and a half ago that I should consider adding the 15 then. He was right.
 
Got my BK15 from Dex yesterday as well.

My collection of Ka-Bar Beckers is starting to fill out. My original "KB7", the BK15, and the BK24 ...

Just got a Godspeed Kydex sheath for my 15 yesterday. Thinking about picking up another 5 and 15 soon. The 15 may even be evolving into my favorite Becker.

My two 15's came in yesterday and they are definitely impressive. For the price I couldnt pass up the deal for one user and one to stick back just in case. Had it in the stand with me last night but didnt have any luck so it went home with me to cook supper. Sadly I left my camera at work and missed out on any photo ops :(
