I like weird knives, but just looking at this one is confusing me. I carry a firearm for defense purposes, though, so my knives are used primarily for cutting stuff.
Also, it does seem to be a bit pricey for the materials involved. At the prices these are going for I sort of think you should be getting a little more than G10 and AEB-L. That said, different strokes for different folks. I hope you like it when you get your hands on it.
Cool! A slip joint you can take apart! So I went even further and am on the book for a matching caipira slip joint. I’m a sucker, what can I say?

Cool slip joint!!! IMO it would look better with a pocket clip.So I went even further and am on the book for a matching caipira slip joint. I’m a sucker, what can I say?

Reverse grip edge in, aka "pikal." It's a pure stabber, for defensive use only, really. Edit: It's also good at cutting zip ties.Ok, how are you supposed to hold\use it?
So you have to open it then flip it around in your hand?Reverse grip edge in, aka "pikal." It's a pure stabber, for defensive use only, really. Edit: It's also good at cutting zip ties.

I believe that is the intent. I don't know why they didn't wave it like the Spyderco P'kal. It's essentially applied in the same manner. So you have to open it then flip it around in your hand?
