Just recieved my Demko Custom American Lawman

Allow me a few questions:
- can I ask how much this knife cost?
- at least one other person has shown his custom Lawman folder on Bladeforums and I remember that it had similar specs as yours. Can you freely choose all the parameters of the knife (size, bladelength, thickness, liners yes/no, color) or is there a standard configuration that Mr. Demko recommends?
- any idea how the screws are secured because they probably aren't threaded into the G-10 backspacer?

Again, this looks like a great knife! Just a few days ago I received a standard Cold Steel AK-47 and I'm already a fan of the Tri-Ad lock. So I can only imagine how thrilled you are!

It will vary depening on the specs of the knife, this one was $450.

Yes you can pick what you want.

Not sure as I haven't taken the knife apert to see.
 
I hate to be a copy cat but I just got on the list with Andrew.:D That is going to be awesome! I can't wait.

That's just my personal opinion of course!

It's a Custom hand made knife built to specs so it's in a different league than any production or semi custom knife. :thumbup:

It's an apples to oranges thing. :)

I am soo getting one. Red/black G10 is what I'm a thinking. Wonder if he'll do any in carbon steel like 1095 like Burchtree? Would love a hamon on mine.

If I get mine then I'll probably ask for bigger screws and bigger pivot screws (on the opposite side of the Maker's mark). I am kinda anal about the hardware...

I like my Striders a lot. :thumbup:

I would rather have a CPM 154 or M4 blade on them instead of S30V, but then that's my opinion. :)

I am not a big fan of S30V. ;)
