Just some knife complaining/ranting

I just destroyed the edge on my Mini Ritter grip....You know those little white security strips they put in some packages. The ones with the foil inside that sets of the detectors at the door? Yea didn't know that the package I just cut up had one...poor S30V didn't like it...I got the small nicks out and the bur ground and stropped out. All is well now. And on a lighter note, I just used the bottle opener for the first time ever on my PS4 Squirt on a bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Stuff ain't that bad, little strong and bitter compared to what I'm used to but good still.

Yeah small stuff like that isn't the end of the world but it sure is a PITA. I had my swamp rat m6 on a table and bumped the table. The knife rotated and tapped a glass. I got a little ding in the edge as a result. No biggy but kinda sucks to mess up a pristine edge.

Get yourself an Oregon beer. You'll be glad you did.

Ha I only had just opened my beer then, I only took a sip out of it. Wasn't drunk then, now is a different question lol.
The point of my post was to complain about those little strips that you find inside electronic's boxes mostly. They'll be stuck to cd cases if you still buy them, this one was on a blister pack for a CRKT Minimalist. Small white rectangle and if you ever took one apart it has metal foil in it to set of the alarms if you try and steal it. I rammed my edge into it breaking down the package and dinged up the edge pretty bad. The bottle opener/beer part was just off topic random junk I put in there.

And yea 9blades, they suck lol. I normally take em off and apart just because, well this one was hidden inside the pack behind the cardboard label and I didn't know it was there... :'c

Sounds like you should bump up the angle a little bit for that s30v.
