Hope I don't jinx it by mentioning this, but Marilyn and I put in an offer on a house tonight. 41 riverfront acres in the kind of county where you can hear banjos playing if you roll down the windows in the truck.
Nice house with log accents (including HUGE burls) and a small shop - but double the size of my current basement dungeon. The shop also has an attached "pole building" with steel roof, open on one end just begging for a coal forge!!!:thumbup:
Lots of room for horses or - whatever.
Did I mention the neighbors - a nudist colony!
