To a great forum. Really makes my day when I come on hear and see cool pics, knife talk etc. Makes my life better over hear. Just got a email from my wife about a nasty phone call she had with her ex husband. Called my wife all sorta things. Im so pissed that I cant get to him. Which is problaly a good thing. Anyway thanks
 
She called him wondering why his child support was stopped. And he exploded on her. Called her a xxxx,xxx etc,etc. Ive never had any problems with him. Always be professional. Its going to take everything I have not to xxxx this guy up when I get home. He will never be allowed in my house. When he comes to see his son (hardly ever) he will wait outside.

Irritating when a mfk is out of range for some reason innit. Still, the "best served cold" rule does wonders at fostering creativity ;-)

Let it go. It's what he wants. Some people just stir the pot. If you react, they are pushing your buttons. Give him a backdoor to run through. If you cage an animal, they will fight you tooth and nail, give them an out and they will take it. He knows he is wrong and maybe he can't do anything about it. Be polite and courteous and tell your wife to do the same. In the end the court will have to deal with him. It does make you piss off and you loose. Resort to other measures, worse for you. Think of it this way---You mess him up----10 seconds of fun(IF it took you that long)

Then 10 years in Jail......

Not worth it....

Unless you figure out a way to get Revenge---and not get caught..

Man that sucks. Like mike said, I would love to go put some lumps on him also. we are just glad you are alive and safe and doing the best you can with the situation. there is a reason he is the X! you have to be a better man than that a-hole. his day will come.
 
Telephone harassment is a crime in here in Colorado. It actually falls under our stalking statute. Has she tried tape recording any of the conversations? Has she tried reporting this to the police or local district attorney. She might want to get a restraining order. If the guy can't speak civilly to her on the phone, maybe a motion to restrict (as in suspend) his visitation. If he is behind on child support, she can report this to the county child support enforcement. If she is on base, he may have committed a federal crime. Since you are deployed, she may also want to contact the closest JAG office. There may also be some volunteer lawyers in her locale willing to help her out. We have such a program in Colorado.
