So Spark, is Florida better or worse with the people next door?

Better in some ways, the neighbors haven't called the cops on me yet.

But the Motorcycle cops suck, got my first speeding ticket in 3 years today!

Overall, I have to admit that Jacksonville is great in many respects, especially the weather!
