This is an unused Justin Gingrich CPM 3V knife with sheath. The blade is 4". OAL is 8 1/2". The blade is ground from 5/32" stock and measures about 1/8" in front of the handle. The handle is a light gray/green micarta.

As usual, "I'll take it" trumps kicking the tires. ;)
