Rigged up this jute twine dispenser to put in my pack

Looks like a good idea, have to give it a try. I carry a ball of the stuff in my day pack and use a lot of the stuff for many things.

Good idea if you want to carry a lot of twine. I usually only have a couple of feet. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet idea and good video. I checked out your channel, good stuff. i always carry some jute twine i am gonna find an old pill bottle and give this a try. thanks

Jute twine has to be some of the most under rated stuff on the market. Has a thousand and one uses, cheap, bio degradable, holds knots well, and makes good tinder. I use the heck out of the stuff enough that I pick up a new roll of it anytime I walk into Home Depot. Double up a long length of it and twist it, and it's pretty strong. I can't remember the last time I used paracord for anything.

use a two strand twist and you can us the twine to tie down your tarp to a stake, I wouldn't us eit for my ridgeline though. Tie your wood bundles, tie your tarp roll, lots of good uses and yes makes a great bird nest for your tender.
