All of my heat treat is done in a digital kiln with a preheat and soak, preheated quench and multiple temper cycles. This blade feels great in hand, no hot spots etc.

I have one of these. This is a lot of knife for the money. It feels good in the hand and capable of doing heavy work. Tough knife!

I'd be all over that if the handles weren't blue. Otherwise, awesome work. The blade shape really gets me.
