JW Smith's knives don't seem to get the attention and acclaim they deserve. The fit and finish is superb on every one I've handled.

Here is a rare one...a traditional dagger blade with a modified coffin-style handle, dressed up nicely with gorgeous desert ironwood scales. The wood is highly figured, the blade is hand-rubbed, and the titanium bolsters and clip are blasted. A brown micarta full-length backspaer is a nice touch. Thumb disk opener.

Sharp and pointy 4" single-edged blade...try and find another one!

Great knife!

Asking $625

Pictures available...PM me.

Thanks.

Not the best pic...but look at those grinds and the figuring of the Desert Ironwood. More pics available...

that looks similar to the one I used to own, a few years back, PhilL made a nice composition of that knife;

I fell in love with Gary's knife and I asked JW to make me one in stag.

I don't think it's possible to own a better knife than a JW Smith.

Thanks for the great photos, Gary and Phil! I wouldn't be parting this one if I didn't have another JW Smith. Fit and finish, smoothness of action, materials, grinds...he has mastered all aspects of knife making.
