Hooray my anvil came today!!!!! 110 pounds, cast H13. It hase a nice wide face, greeat rebound, excellent well designed shape. I am very pleased with it, it should be perfect. I need to build a steel stand for it. Jymm was kind enough to send a hardy hot/cold cutter with it! cannot wait to hit hot steel on it!

Rebound feels pretty much the same with both also, I was curious to see the difference.

Haha didnt take long to start drawing on it. Nice looking anvil.

Burton Sexy is right! Can't stop looking at the angles on it!

Quint, the russian fellow at the shop did that IMMEDIATELY hehe

Allan, The face is bigger then you would think for a 110 pound anvil also, it's odd but cool.

Gonna make ALOT of tooling for it once I get a nice stand made up (3 leg, steel like I did for the Peddinghaus), bickerns, mandrels, bending fork, step block, split tool, arch tool.

I've been having trouble with mine.

Why did you take the plywood off? Are you supposed to take the plywood off?

j/k!

Beautiful anvil!

Yeah, I was getting some bad feedback off an anvil, but if I took the plywood, I wouldn't get enough carbon into the steel?

Really though, it looks fantastic. I wanna hug it because it's shape is just so nicely proportioned.
