First up, I'd like to say that the quality of the match cases is top notch. My problem is with delivery times and not receiving what I ordered and paid for.
Back on the 16th November 2012, I ordered 1x Long Brass Match case, 1x Long Black Aluminium Match case and 2x Match Case Pouches from K&M Match Cases.
Shortly after I made my order, Keith Lunders (Owner of K&M) had serious medical problems and all his orders were delayed. Soon after, they had a problem with their CNC software and production was also further delayed.
Through this time, I sent regular emails to Keith inquiring into my order status. After a week or two, I would get a reply stating why my order was delayed. Keith offered to send me 2x Long Brass cases, which were in stock, but I replied that I would rather wait for the aluminium case that I wanted. I kind of felt bad for badgering him, so I left off contacting him for a few months.
In December 2013, I saw a post about K&M in the Gadgets and Gear sub forum, which stated that they had the aluminium cases back in stock. I checked the site and then mailed Keith about my order. This was his reply (I have highlighted one sentence in bold):
I was a tad peeved that the order, which I'd paid for over one year ago, was just forgotten about and that I was expected to remind him of it. But I figured as long as I get what I want, and he's apologising with a free short aluminium case, what the hell.
I received the package that he sent over a month ago (I was on holiday, so I didn't get to open it until February 8th) and inside were 2x Long Brass match cases. A note was enclosed, which states;
I sent Keith a mail, asking if I would be receiving my Long Aluminium case, but I've received no reply. That was three weeks ago.
I've decided just to keep them, but I just wanted to warn other potential customers that, a) Expect a long wait, b) Keep in constant touch with Keith and c) Your order might get changed without your consent.

Adam;
Wow! Im going to nominate you for the Nobel Patience and Grace Prize! Unfortunately we are out of stock on the Long Black again and a trip to the site will explain whats been happening in our lives. Im going to send a long brass and a Standard Black to hold you over until the Long Black is back in stock, because I dont know when that might be. Had you contacted us when you saw them on the site wed have sent it but they sold out quickly. Also Marge will be refunding the pouch charges as our pouch maker hasnt been making them for awhile sorry.

They didn't send a Short Black Aluminium case and the note seems to imply that my order is now fulfilled. They also didn't refund the price of the pouches, but used it for shipping costs (I don't really have a problem with this as I think I was undercharged at checkout).We are sending 2 WSCL Brass Match cases to replace your original order.
