Now that I have paid my dues. (literally) Here are my wares:

The Tactical Hawk-Spike is made from 3/8" thick high carbon steel. The edges are hardened, and tempered. But the handle is left unhardened for its shock absorbing ability. The Hawk is powder-coated tan over its entire 16.5" length. The head is 7.5" long with a 3.5" Edge face. The beard also has 3 inches of sharpened edge for hooking moves.

The spike is 3.5 inches long from the center of the hawk. The spike is an Americanized Tanto shape and is sharpended all the way around.

The Handle scales are 6061 T6 Aluminum that has been MIL Spec Type III Hard Anodized with a greenish tint.

It comes with a proprietary Kydex sheath made for K5 Tactical by The SheathMechanic. The sheath is Jumpable, ambidextrous, and uses short Alice/MALICE clip attachments, making it MOLLE/Strike compatible.(Not included)

And most important of all, it is MADE IN THE USA! California actually.

There are actually four models available, including Hammer Poll versions. I just wanted to help out those of you with dial-up :)

Price is $149.99 I will ship almost anywhere, APO and FPO if need be.

I really like the looks of the hawk.Could you tell me what type of carbon steel is used? I'm also interested in the who's and how's that the hawks are made. They look like a great value.Thanks. :)

They are made from 1050 Carbon Steel 3/8" thick. Differentially heat treated and tempered.

They are machined on American made HAAS CNC machines and assembled by me.(sometimes my wife and friends help if I buy pizza)

I do not know haw many more who's and hows you have, so if you have any more let me know. I am happy to answer them.

Bladewolf did a review of my hawks. You can find it in the review section.

Do you offer any smaller models? I'm looking for a hawk that's around 10 inches in length to make my EDC.

Siga,

At this time, no. But at the end of this month I will be prototyping some new models based on the same platforn you see above. Shorter, shorter and lighter and full size but lighter. If you can hold out for a month or so they will be available.

I'll put up info here as it becomes available. Or you can email me when you feel you need an update. I am more than happy to answer questions.
