K5 Karda.. a great folder alternative (pic heavy)

Dan, would you be able to do an inside pocket kydex sheath, with the outside kydex fold over clip (approx. 1.5 inches to fold over the pocket). Pocket fixed blades are a little more cumbersome, but its nice to have the reliability of a fixed. Kydex also helps to keep it slim in the pocket. I currently carry an ATS 34 pocket fixed w/leather sheath and titanium clip by John ONeill, and the only thing that could have been done better would be the overall thickness of the scales/leather sheath. We went with mammoth ivory, which was a little thicker than expected. It still works well, but if the jeans are a little snug, something like your design w/kydex would work a little better.

LOL. Sent you a pm a couple days ago enquiring about the possibility of a K5. I'm in for one. IWB or inside the pocket sheath would be fantastic.
 
Pocket kydex is an idea I'm exploring....but will have to wait for now. I'm not crazy about the way the clips work....:thumbdn:



I do intend to do a run of these...but it won't be until later next year....maybe summertime?!?
