Done. Waiting for over a year with no information was not what I consider good customer service. edited to reflect contact with Eddie.
 
huh, that's a bummer. I ordered a hawk from him about 2 years ago when they first came out, no problems except that he sent me the wrong kind, but offered to exchange it immediately. Maybe he got in over his head? There's no excuse for a year without a product or your money back.

I've had nothing but good dealings with K5 and Eddie, good to hear its getting resolved. Theres rough patches in every small business, goodness knows that I've encountered some myself, but Eddie's good people.

When one has to rely on suppliers and other craftsmen from several sources things can get really screwy. I've had to sit for months waiting for one part, a very small and infuriating part of a rather large order. Sometimes its impossible to explain.
 
Pretty strong words calling someone a thief on a public forum, I know Eddie and he is a good guy. Speak with him quite often , the frustration he has encountered would make a normal guy fold?

762 shooter, it is probably best to just relate your story, and to leave the words like thief out until you know for sure that you are correct in making that accusation.
 
Eddie had $175.00 of my money for over a year. I had contacted him numerous times about the hawk. I had even suggested to him 3 times that I would be fine receiving the hawk sans sheath and he could either credit me for the cost of the sheath or send it to me later. He never contacted me to keep me informed. I always had to initiate contact. I could have purchased many things with that money. He stole time from me at the least. My time is precious to me. If that word is too harsh for you, TS. As a business man, I make sure I am always available to my clients. I go out of my way for my clients. That is where Eddie and I differ.
