KA-BAR Black Friday - Cyber Monday Sales Event

Annoyed. Especially when it asks if I feel better now.
For once, I answered out loud, no lol
 
Ordered micarta scales for 2 bk11s and a bk15&16. To get the free shipping, added a Jarosz Rambler. Had $11.59 remaining of Kabar Cash. The site wouldn't let me add a second Rambler to use up the K cash. Great deal on the micarta scales but disappointed in the execution of the web sale. Sent a note to customer service. We'll see what happens.
 
If your having problems use a different browser. I was getting error msg using chrome, safari and firefox worked tho

I had a similar issue. I added another item, then picked the free one, then removed it and it worked. Everything I had was doubles so it was exactly zero left but I had to go over, then remove for it to take.
 
Good thinking NCSlice. That technique makes sense but shouldn't be necessary. Good tip for others.
 
I was just over on the Ka Bar site looking at a BK 17 but they want full price. What am I doing wrong?
(I even tried ordering two to see if the second one was half price...NOT)

Switched to my desktop and was able to redeem Ka-bar cash. A green button allows you to add it to cart with Ka-bar Cash at no charge. Rotating my tablet made the green button appear too.

Thanks, weird it works and than it doesn't. They must be overwhelmed with sales?

Considering how swamped they must be on the the day after Thanksgiving, that's excellent customer service!

KaBars customer service has always been Great 👍 In my book and I would like to say Thank You to all at KaBar for it and this sale even with with the glitches the site had at times.
 
Ka-Bar gets it Done less than a buck dis time for me as have been lucky in past and as Clint has said 0.00 dollars left
