KA-BAR Day at Smoky Mountain

Was a good time at Smoky........ RalphTT and Hawk590 showed up as did James Terrio and Angie........ There was quite a good crowd and I think we sold a bunch of blades.....

Steve Johnson of Johnson Adventure Blades flew in from Nebraska for the day........ He has talent and is a fine human being into the bargain.......... It is ALWAYS good t spend time with Steve........ The Smoky staff was, as usual very helpful.....Thanks to Josh, Marsha, and Wendy for being so nice to me....... Our rep, Rick Stafford even sprang for donuts..

All in all a very hectic but pleasant day spent with a bunch of good people......... Ya can't ask for more than that.......

I wish I had known before now. We just got home from staying in Wears Valley and I was at SMKW on Friday.

Son of a gun. We drove up to Bass Pro Shop and I thought about heading over to SMKW but decided against it. I knew we should have headed that way.

It woud have been a good day to go since it rained... painting house and the rain kind of killed that activity. I think I will wait until the next Manufacturer's Day at SMKW even though the last time I spent most of my time at the KaBar counter. Maybe those D2 BK-16's will be around by then. :D

I wanted to attend as well but my friend had the poor taste to get married that day. Damn him.
