Hey Everybody....

I will be at SMKW this weekend from mid Saturday morning till mid afternoon Sunday...... There will be discounts and I will do some knife handling and crafting demos....... Should be fun...... No, it WILL be fun!!!!!.......

Dangit! There's a gun show this weekend! What to do, what to do?!?!
 
Wish I could get over there this weekend...need to add a 3 and another 11..yes another 11. Ill probably be fishing..then cleaning them with my 11...mmmm...fried fish ala bk 11 with hushypuppies and coleslaw nom nom. ........May skip the fishing...would be nice to get away.
 
If only there wasn't this stupid bit of water in the way called the Atlantic ocean I'd be driving there too!!!
 
Looks like I might not make it at all. My truck is in the shop. Lots and lots of curse words...
 
You guys who live in and around God's Country have it make - seriously!
 
I'm not sure if I'll be there or not... this is a crazy-busy time of year for me and Angie, what with the garden booming and knife orders needing to be finished :/

But I will say, if anyone possibly has a chance to meet Ethan and pick his brain, don't miss it! You will not regret the experience. :thumbup:
 
Would like to make it over to SMKW but this is gonna be a busy weekend.
My boy has his last t-ball game, gotta get some stuff setup on the bike before Sturgis, gotta get over to my land to do some work, my kids backyard playset was just delivered, etc.

Been pushing stuff back for the last 3 weeks cause I went to Colorado and then Blade.
But if I happen to find myself out Sevierville way, I'll be sure to swing by SMKW.
 
make sure anyone that sees Ethan...

make him drink water. tell him Bladite says hi.

make him suck on some throat lozenges. heck, bring him some. he will be talking himself hoarse and into laryngitis...

I just passed Sloan's and estimate arrival at Smoky before ten.... Pumped..... Hope to see you there!!!! ....

Had a great day at Smoky today...... Talked to a lot of lurkers ....... Did a few methods of work demos....Batonning and the use of the baton to do notches and stuff........ More demos tomorrow until the sticks are gone.......Good time all around......... Hope that those who did not make it today manage it tomorrow......... Planning to stay until flourish or as long as my feetsies hold up......

Hey, I was there today! Randomly stopped in after our family reunion. Was pleasantly surprised to find Ethan there today. :) It was a pleasure to meet you. Bought the Eskabar. Its my first becker. I'm looking forward to using it. :) Gratitude from Hopkinsville KY.
 
Sorry I couldn't make it, Angie and I went to a local animal shelter yesterday morning and got adopted by a lab-mix puppy :) :p
 
I regret not stopping in on the way back from the gathering. We were just whooped and had a long way home. The SMKW guys at Blade were some of the nicest folks we met all weekend. Picked up a couple of Opinels and they threw in a few little freebie pins and such. Sounds like a good time. I'll be sure to make plans to stop in next time I'm out that way.
 
Had another very good day at Smoky....... Met some great people and the staff is just wonderful..... Hey gen11 glad you made it home safe and thanks for your purchase ......

Many, many thanks to the Smokites, Marsha, Bobby, the Jim's, William and all of you who make my trips to Smoky make me feel like a rock star!!!!!........
