This item is no longer made, it is marked "First Production Run" and was last produced about 2000.
The Gerber Fred Carter Utility I Knife was designed by custom knife maker Fred Carter.
The illustrated Fred Carter Utility I Knife features a 3 5/8" part serrated blade made of AUS8A stainless steel.
The blade has ambidextrous thumb studs for one hand opening.
The CNC black G10 handle, 5" closed, has cutouts to reduce weight, as well as a liner lock.
A pocket clip is mounted at the pivot end.
The Gerber Fred Carter Utility I Knife has an overall length of 8.62" when open.
Never carried or sharpened
