SOLD///KA-BAR Kukri and Grass Machete bundle - SOLD///$60 - Models 1249 and 1279; 1085c steel and kraton handles.
The Kukri has an 11.5" blade that is .165 inches thick, 17" overall length and weighs 27.2 ounces. It has been well used and sharpened and is in good shape. See pics below for condition. Blade was stripped and developed a nice patina and staining from use around the yard. This thing will slice through thick limbs and chop and baton through branches and small logs. It is an incredible all around tool. Comes with standard nylon and leather sheath.
The Grass Machete has been used a bit as well. It has a 14" blade that is .165 inches thick, 19.5" overall and weighs 19.2 ounces. It has been sharpened and is in good shape. See pics below for condition. This was designed for tall grass and reeds but does well with wood too. There is a slight vertical wobble in the handle. I've used it more than a few times since noticing and I don't notice it during use and it hasn't gotten worse. If I recall correctly, I read about others having similar issues with this one and other KA-BARs with this kind of handle and it was easily resolved with a little bit of epoxy. Comes with standard nylon sheath.

These are new and unused. The Mora has a 3.5" 12c27 stainless blade that is only .047" thick. It weighs 2.2 ounces. The Rapala has a 7.5" stainless blade and is 12.5" overall. It weighs 2.7 ounces.
