Im having my big 1245's edge repaired and reprofiled then sprayed Graphite Black which going by pics on the cerakote site should look even and show the blades grind lines a bit more should be interesting. I cut down two small trees with it when I first got it lol actually wasnt that hard. Now the elusive Ka Bar tanto is the plain edge 1244. Theyve gotta be somewhere...
 
Gah, yeah man but I dunno where. It's my first choice. I wanna strip it. You should check out some of Dex's parkerizing. That dude does a hell of a job. Haven't had a chance to really give it a work out because I haven gotten home before 7 all week. I picked this up from him at the gathering, happy early birthday! It's been riding with me all week heh

He did the choil, jimp, and all the mods and they're perfect.

Hah, I asked the same. He said he'd make a mi I cleaver or something with a parang he chopped, not sur if there was enough left of this oNe for anything. I'm sure he'll come up with something. He's a pretty creative guy

I bought two Cold Steel Tanto knives. I would like to sell one of them (NIB unopened). I thought I'd like a Tanto, but discovered I have no earthly use for it.

I hop everyone enjoys theirs.
 
But there was never a non-serrated kraton handled eight inch tanto, sadly
Bought mine about a decade ago, still love it even though i severely screwed up a handle mod
