Ka-Bar TDI Modifications?

Has anybody played around with the Ka-Bar TDI? New or modified sheath, new carry options? Or maybe new scales? Change in handle shape? Whatever: Please share.

I really disliked the sheath at first because it is exceedingly uncomfortable. However, it has worked very well on the strap of my messenger bag. I have it rigged up so it sits on my chest as the bag hangs on my side. It allows for a horizontal draw with my right hand.

I paracord wrapped the handle for better grip.
