• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

KaBar Dog Head Swing Guard

I remember skipping through this when this post first came up! One of my best buddies collects nothing but Case Sowbelleys(mainly silver scripts) and Case Folding Hunters, and on those the nicest I have ever seen some of them are Queen Classics too(two blades and single lockbacks)! Now that I'm learning more about Canal Street and old KA-BARS my interest has really been peeked! That is one beautiful SG folding hunter!! You guys that haven't done so yet really need to try a Canal Street, their quality is just out standing!

Nice score! There's a guy over on the SharperDeals forum who had one converted to automatic. Neat reproduction of a sweet old pattern.

Yeah the one converted to auto is the first time I saw this model and then I found the ones that were factory fresh. It was a run of 500...I got two numbered around 450. There was an old one a month or so back on Ebay in stag that was going for an asking price that was too high ( but could be worth it)....

I ended up getting two on these on a great deal. They are the design of a 1920s model made by Kabar....Very nice knives for sure!!!

I still have it, it's a great knife.

I think you'll like it .....
