Kabar USMC Fixed blade which style handle is better?

Did anyone actually catch that he thought it was a wood handle?

A Ka-Bar is not a Ka-Bar if it doesn't have the stacked leather handle.

Yep, caught it, just figured he'd figure it out based on the posts. You're right, a Ka-Bar MUST have stacked leather (just my opinion) :D In fact, I won't even buy a Randall (or a Ka-Bar) unless it's got a leather handle, just because that's how my dad and grandfather both ordered them, and how they used them in the wars. I know that stag and synthetics are popular too for the Randall, but for me it's gotta be leather.
