KAI customer service

Kudos to KAI customer service. Called them up about a week ago looking for a few screws and a thumb stud for a Kershaw and a ZT pocket clip. Was fully expecting to give my credit card information but was told they would be shipped out right away free of charge....No questions asked. Was really a pleasant experience. A few days later they were waiting for me in my mail box Thank you KAI.

Here is a thread detailing how KAI helped me with a problem. I've also ordered free parts from them on several occasions. Great company,products and customer service.
