I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with Kershaw Warranty. I had a mint (new) ZT0450 that I received as a birthday gift last month. I have been out on medical leave since July (thankfully coming to an end next week), so I haven't had the need to use a knife lately. Nevertheless, I still carried it when I could and would flip it occasionally - roughly 200 times. In flipping and holding it, I noticed the lockbar moved almost all the way over to the front handle. There was no blade-play but thought I would send it in to get checked out. So off it went on Sept. 02 and today I received a box from UPS that contained a brand new ZT0452. The lockface has more of an angle for better wear-in, as well as early and solid lock-up. Kershaw went above and beyond! :thumbup:
