Hey guys, so rather recently I emailed Zt's warranty support regarding my rusted KVT bearings and accidentally-bent pocket clip on my ZT0562CF. The customer support rep, a gentleman named Mr D.Cohen, readily replied me 2 days and said that it wae absolutely no problem to ship me the parts i need, even though i live overseas in Singapore.
Surprisingly, within 2 weeks, my parts came! That was quick
