For sale is my Komodo Dragon karambit. This was made in Indonesia per special order by the highly reputable equipment company Kali Gear. The blade is longer and more forward facing than most karambits I have seen, making it very aggressive with a deep bite. The blade is double-edged with a 5 top edge and 4.25 bottom edge. Steel is high-polished carbon steel, probably recycled automotive spring steel. The handle and sheath are both laminated Indonesian hardwood. The bolsters are likely aluminum but could also be steel.
Fit and finish are a little rough, which is pretty standard for traditional Indonesian karambits. The blades are sharp and will do their job, but they arent the razor sharpness weve come to expect from modern blades. Again, this is a traditional karambit, so some imperfections are to be expected.
I paid $110 plus shipping for this. It is no longer for sale and this particular model may never be available again. My price is SOLD including US shipping and Paypal fee. International buyers must pay shipping at cost and assume all risks.
