Just picked up a nice tan Ratchet from Kalimalena.

An excellent experience. Everything went smooth as silk, the ratchet was perfectly packaged, and it arrived even earlier than expected.

You can trust the Hawaiian -- he delivers! And he didn't need to; he went out of his way to find another ratchet when he found out I wanted to pick one up for my daughter (he'd sold out his supply).
