It's slightly longer than the Ronin & the blade's slightly swept up, not like the Ronin's straight edge. However, I think it compares very well.
I believe the Ronin's OAL is 7" with a 3" blade & 4" handle. The Kalista's OAL is 7.25", with a 3.25" blade (To the end of the scales) & a 4" handle. I'm not sure of the exact length of the Ronin sharpened edge is, but the Kalista's is 2 5/8".
I've handled the Ronin, but have not owned one, so I don't know what comes with the Ronin, but the Kalista comes with a plastic like sheath. However, it has some nice accessories. It comes with a paddle & belt attachment (Separate items) & a belt loop (What I use).
I really like the Ronin, but I believe the Kalista's lighter & handier to use with different grips.
Hope that helps.
