Kanetsune Seki of Japan manufactures traditional
outdoor knives in classic Japanese designs. Most
knives are forged of either Aogami (Blue) or
Shirogami (White) high-carbon steel. Their Damascus
line is hand-forged Aogami steel, 15 layers, heat
treated to an average HRC of 61-62. They are elegant,
durable and devilishly sharp. Check out the Shun-2
