Kangaroo

It certainly was .... herb and garlic marinade... cooked till just rare.... yuuuuuummmmmmmm :D

Yumm!!! Haven't had Roo since I lived in TX. There was a gourmet store there that carried it (Central Market). Ostrich was pretty good too!

Kangaroo steak is great, and very good for you. Not so good for the kangaroo though :D

Mmmmmmm looks tasty :D i would love to try some skippy.

Yes Skippy is very very healthy eating, next to no fat in the meat (that makes cooking it just a tad tricky) and very very low in cholesterol. The later is one of the reasons it is recommended to heart transplant recipients as a stable part of their diet... :D

Interesting about the cholesterol and heart patient diet....Not worried myself but there are plenty of folks that could use that in their diets....Looks Tasty!!!

Man I have asked every Kangarooland guys to get me a pic of one of my sheaths w/a Roo for years.
I still have yet to get one :(

Looks cool

Does it taste like..........wait..........for ...........it .......................Kangaroo :) thought I was going to say chicken huh :)

Make me some jerky out of it and send it to me please :)

I have one of your sheaths and live near some kangaroos... Just let me know what you want the pic to look like :)

can you get one to wear or hold one :)

Any thing that has Roo, knife and sheath would be great.

Or better yet, you Aussies get together and take a pic of all my wonderful down under customers with there Buy Brown gear one :)

Yummo! I always overcook roo. Can never get it right.
....easy to do as it does not perform like beef or lamb on the grill. I find it needs to get done over a really high heat till the outside looks right and then it comes in pretty rare inside (how it should be served).

Rob, you must have some very very strange "chickens" in QLD ...........!!!!!! ;)
