I'd like to get a review on my recently purchased knife - Kansept Anomaly with s35vn blade and green titanium handle. It was on sale to St.Patrick's Day on official site because of green handle, so I bought it for less than 100 USD. And I was really pleasantly surprised what I got for such price.
At the beginning, key characteristics:
- compact size, ideal for pocket
- handle gives full four-finger grip and is comfortable in my hand
- "Orange Peel" textured finish gives enhanced grip, it's convenient to operate in any weather
- smooth and quick opening by rear flipper - one of my favorite way of deployment
- reliable frame lock
- s35vn blade with balanced characteristics is sharp from a box and allows me to do 99% of EDC tasks
Cons:
- might be not convenient for kitchen tasks for big dimension products like watermelon or cake
- "Orange Peel" textured finish makes cleaning of the handle a little bit challenging
Conclusion:
It was really super deal for me to find such "gentleman" knife made with a good quality from perfect materials in a price of around 100 USD. I'm totally satisfied with the knife and can recommend it as a very good choice for EDC knife.
