After several months of using I'd like to share my impression about Kansept Egress (14c28n blade and G10 handle)
Overall experience is very positive, the knife works very well on kitchen tasks outdoor and in office.
Pros:
Blade steel is corrosion resistant, tough and can be sharpened easily.
Price is around 50 USD, so it's quite a budget option.
Ergonomic allows to do different kitchen tasks easily and precise.
The knife is quite fidgetable - front flipper and thumb hole deployment options, ceramic ball bearings give excellent mechanic.
Cons:
Edge retention is not the best but this is offset by the simplicity of the sharpening
Can be slightly chunky in the pocket because of thicker profile
