kaper majesty combo

i am in need of a new hunting/camping knife and was leaning toward the kaper combo. i do not have any kershaw fixed blades. is this a decent combo or should i keep searching?

Don't own one myself, but looks good. Maybe someone will have an opinion.

On another note.
I sure would like to have Veff's serrations on a few of my Kershaw's.

That would be a very nice choice, a good looking set. Kershaw has always done their hunting knives in AUS8 steel because of it's edge holding capabilities and the fact that you and I can probably still get an edge on it in the field . Enjoy !!!
